Through our connection with Children’s Paradise Inc. from the Carlsbad project, we were invited to bid their 7th Ave learning center project. Having worked with a previous contractor who pulled no permits and completed much of the work unlicensed, Children’s Paradise Inc. had no room for any more mistakes. We spent months working with the Escondido Building Department to determine what work from the previous contractor could stay and what had to be demolished and redone. Once the previous work was dealt with, we moved with speed and efficiency and delivered a finished interior and exterior renovation well before the time frame.

Having worked with Children’s Paradise Inc. before, we were able to plan a payment schedule that works for them and their California state funding. We provided all necessary paperwork, proof of work completed, and followed all internal systems.

No change orders were requested.
