Wyatt’s approach to commercial construction is defined by a unique blend of analytical strategy and business acumen. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science from the University of California, Irvine, establishing a deep foundational understanding of human behavior, organizational dynamics, and strategic problem-solving. Driven to apply these insights at an enterprise level, Wyatt partnered with his father to co-found TRIBRIX Corporation, merging decades of field experience with modern business management.
Committed to driving organizational excellence and operational efficiency, Wyatt is currently advancing his corporate expertise in the Master in Management (MiM) program at UC Irvine. At TRIBRIX, he leverages this powerful combination of behavioral strategy and advanced management techniques to streamline complex commercial projects, optimize client relations, and lead the company’s internal operations.
Matthew Stephens

Matthew’s career in construction began with a hands-on foundation at just 15 years old, painting residential properties in his local community. His natural eye for detail and strong work ethic quickly propelled him into commercial painting, where he discovered a passion for the complexities of business-scale projects. Recognizing a desire to drive project success from the top down, Matthew transitioned from field labor to comprehensive project management, establishing himself as a highly capable general contractor.
With decades of industry expertise and a vision for multigenerational continuity, Matthew co-founded TRIBRIX Corporation alongside his son. Today, he combines his deep-rooted field experience with strategic business management to deliver exceptional commercial construction services, ensuring the family legacy of integrity and precision is built into every project.
